Rugby Union in Manchester is growing, alternative forms of the game from Touch and Walking rugby to the adult version of the game are available for people of all genders and ages 5 years upwards providing people with the opportunity to improve their health and well – being by engaging in a form of the game which is appropriate to their needs.

There are clubs with facilities located in North, South and Central Manchester providing accessible opportunities for all. Taster sessions are provided for people of all ages to give them the opportunity to try something different

Clubs in Manchester also offer the ability for Women and Girls to participate in a game they wouldn’t normally be able to access.

All clubs and schools in Manchester are supported by Local premiership club Sale Sharks who as well as offering support with Community projects offer a pathway for talented Athletes to progress in the sport.
