INSIGHT AND INTELLIGENCE MANAGER

MCRactive are a not for profit organisation, responsible for driving sport and physical activity across Manchester. Our goal is to inspire and encourage everyone to lead more active and healthy lives. We provide leadership and a common narrative for the sport and physical activity landscape across the city, working with the whole sector. 
 
As part of our continuing expansion, MCRactive is now looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and hard-working individual with shared values to become part of our growing team.
 
The successful candidate will be an experienced Business Intelligence professional with experience delivering insight and value in previous roles and will be comfortable working with large datasets to analyse and provide insight that you can communicate to both internal and external stakeholders.

This role will lead on discovering target areas that help drive the operational and creative strategies of MCRactive, helping internal teams use data and insight as part of their everyday and longer term decision making process.
 
Key to the role is the need to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders and will lead on discovering target areas that help drive the operational and creative strategies of the organisation, as well as leading the research and evaluation strategy.
 
The role is full time (35 hours per week) however requests for part time hours or job share will be considered.
 
The salary for this position is £39,880 through to £43,875.
