MOVE WITH CONFIDENCE

Everyone deserves the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of being active.

That’s why Move With Confidence offers disabled adults in Manchester a free, supported 12-week programme designed to improve health, boost confidence and help people feel at home in their local leisure centre.

Through personalised support, inclusive activities and a friendly group environment, we’ll help you take the next step on your physical activity journey.

After the 12-week programme, suitable options to continue your physical activity journey, such as an Inclusive Membership or pay-as-you-go option, will be discussed with each individual referral.
