Please read the terms and conditions below before entering.

1. Prize Draw open to all UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Manchester Active and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

2. To enter, participants must sign up to the Manchester Active newsletter between 10-15 September 2024. Only one entry per person is permitted.

3. The prize is a velodrome track session for the winner and three friends at the National Cycling Centre. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

4. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 7 days of the closing date. The winner will be notified via email within 14 days of the draw.

5. The winner must respond to the notification email within 7 days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this period, Manchester Active reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6. By entering the prize draw, participants agree to receive the Manchester Active newsletter. Participants can unsubscribe at any time.

7. The winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity related to the prize draw, including the use of their name and photograph in promotional materials.

8. Any personal data provided by participants will be processed in accordance with Manchester Active’s Privacy Policy and will only be used for the purposes of administering the prize draw and related promotional activities.

9. Manchester Active reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the prize draw in the event of unforeseen circumstances. These terms and conditions are governed by English law.
