We are having to adapt to working from home and not seeing our friends, colleagues, and family, while also being concerned for the health and wellbeing of our loved ones, not to mention our own.

Taking care of your mind as well as your body is really important if you are staying at home.

You may feel worried or anxious about your finances, your health or those close to you. Perhaps you feel bored, frustrated or lonely. It's important to remember that it's OK to feel this way and that everyone reacts differently.

Even a short burst of 10 minutes' brisk walking increases your mental alertness, energy and positive mood. Try out some of our suggested outdoor activities to increase your self-esteem and help you reduce stress and anxiety.

Mind COVID-19 Wellbeing Toolkit - This COVID-19 wellbeing' toolkit has lots of things you can try that could help your wellbeing. It includes tips for staying at home, how to take care of your mental health and wellbeing along with a useful checklist.

Sidekick Mental Wellbeing App - An app with a collection of interactive exercises to help boost your mental wellbeing. It'll enable you to build a personalised wellbeing workout and toolkit to help deal with whatever life throws at you.
