Manchester Active wants to know how to make their services more accessible to disabled residents of Manchester.

We have compiled a short survey to find out how you feel about physical activity and how we can make activities more accessible to you . There is a focus on our Physical Activity Referral Service but please provide as much information as you want about other work Manchester Active does.
